Founded by a couple of brothers in Brighton and inspired by free parties and travelers in Bristol and Wales and the Teknivals of Europe in the early 2000's, a small stack of hand me down speakers from the Turbotwats grew and grew as Irritant Sounds joined raves and multi-riggers throughout the south of England and Europe and have continued to do so for the last 12 years.

 

Starting with the first vinyl release in 2012, Irritant Sounds has developed into a record and clothing label with artists, producers and DJ's appearing regularly at club nights, weddings, bar mitzvahs and of course the odd rave or two throughout the known multiverse.
